Are you energetic, precise, and looking for a stable job in a top-tier warehouse?

We are looking for two motivated Collipickers to join the team in Oss. You will be the engine that keeps the warehouse moving!

Location: Oss (Work) / Eindhoven (Living)

Main Duties:

Order Picking: Using a handheld scanner or voice-picking system to collect \"colli\" (individual boxes/units) accurately.

Pallet Building: Neatly and securely stacking boxes onto pallets to ensure they are ready for safe transport.

Quality Control: Checking article numbers and packaging to ensure the customer gets exactly what they ordered.

Internal Transport: Using an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) to move goods through the warehouse.

Cold-Store Environment: Working efficiently in a temperature-controlled environment (cold storage).

Requirements

Physical Fitness: You are active and comfortable being on your feet and lifting boxes throughout your shift.

Accuracy: A sharp eye for detail and numbers.

Reliability: You are a dependable worker who shows up on time.

Language: Basic English or Polish (to read scanners and labels).

Environment: Comfortable working in cold or frozen storage conditions (proper thermal gear is provided!).

Valid Driver's License.

What We Offer

🏠 Accommodation available:

Shared rooms (2 persons): €130–€150 per week (depending on location)

⚠️ Important: Candidates who have changed jobs more than 3 times in the last 6 months will be automatically rejected
