**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate office activities and manage documentation.

- Collaborate with clients and employees to ensure smooth operations.

- Organize and plan meetings and training sessions.

**What We're Looking For:**

- Driver’s license category B.

- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus, but not required).

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work well in a team and solve problems independently.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
